Extremely good customer service and clearly very knowledgeable. Helped me big time on a custom set of doors in Laguna Beach. Where as someone else would’ve just slapped the handle we had on, he took the time to show us how off center it would be. The mortise lock the customer had ordered just wasn’t right for how the door was made. Again, honest and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Stan is the fourth (or fifth) locksmith to work on our Baldwin lock in the past few years. He commuted to our home in Encino for the job. His work and expertise with Baldwin locks are unparalleled to the many who have attempted to fix it. I didn't realize how many moving parts there were in order for the lock to function smoothly. Previous locksmiths have provided quick and temporary fixes that have quickly resorted back to not functioning properly. Stan provided exceptional and thorough service and additionally offered many tips and tricks. I live in Newport Coast the last 10 years. This is the third time Stan came to help me fix my Baldwin door lock. He is the greatest locksmith I have met. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I locked out myself last Sunday. Thank God, I took his advice and took down a code of my key 4 years ago. I called his customer service number; he arrived in no time and make a new key for me. Highly recommended.
