Yes, I know, it sounds exaggerated; but, it's truly an accurate description of my experience with Marin Mechanicsl.We arrived at a property we had not used for several weeks and realized that the radiant heat system was not working. I scanned Yelp to find a suitable company to help with the problem and reached-out to MM. My call was answered by a knowledgable person who asked logical questions to assess my problem. Since it was late afternoon, he told me they could have a tech out early the next day. As promised a received a call next morning alerting me to the techs arrival.The tech was a polite, respectful young man, who put on booties before entering my home. I lead him to the mechanical room that houses the equipment and he asked several questions, then said he would assess the problem. 15- minutes later he explained what he had discovered, then provided a clear and detailed explanation of the steps needed to correct the problem.I approved the work and he spent the next hour working diligently to correct the problem. He cleaned-up his work area after completing the repairs, and left.The system works perfectly and I could not be more pleased.Spectacular service!“

“Edward is the plumber extraordinaire ! He's super responsible, honest, down to earth & very skillful at his craft . There were some challenging issues w repairing my old Jacuzzi. Other plumbers said the tub had to be lifted out of its base & fixed from underneath at a cost of almost $900! Edward was able to tie the tubing to a bamboo stick & pull it thru to connect it to the motor & it took only a couple minutes and saved me hundreds. He's easy to talk to , the best plumber I've ever had !!!“
