“What a wonderful warm well run Vets animal hospital & clinic. VCA Madera Pet Hospital. I brought my pure white cat with pink ears ready to hear he had a cancerous growth on his ear. After Dr Kim Robertson did a very thorough exam of "Mr Bunny" we left with written, verbal and demonstration of how to care for "Mr Bunny's " boo boo (bruise) ! Dr Robertson gave an extremely thorough exam, washed out both ears and gave me ear drops to do at home. She also educated me on a new injection to ease feline arthritis. Good to know. I feel bad not remembering all the assistances names. All were extremely helpful. It is a very busy place but all did their jobs to make it run so smoothly. I even was told about a first appt. coupon and shown how to download. I am extremely pleased with the care ! Thank you so much !“

“I would give them 100 stars if I could! It was a painful decision to put our first baby to sleep. It was hard for us and my toddler. But they were great from the beginning. While other company pushing me to commit the appointment when I was struggling what's the best for my cat. Restful paws was being so kind with they soft tones and told me it's ok to cancel on the day of if I can't let go. I did keep my appointment but it comforts me and release the pressure when they told me I have the option to change my mind on the day It was a super hot day. Doctor was so patience to wait for us saying goodbye to our boy and prepare everything professionally. Even offer something to help my toddler feels better. She gave us space and time to have a proper ceremony for our cat when she was standing there with us under the heat wave. I can't say enough thank you for that. It took me couple months before I can write this review but I'm grateful for their help and I highly recommend them. Thank you again to help our sweet boy passing smoothly and peacefully“

“Walked up to this wonderful busy little local eatery. Waited for a few minutes, but it was worth it. The clam chowder was excellent. "The Louisiana Hot" was on special- Basically an egg scramble with onions, bell peppers, spinach, jack cheese and Louisiana sausage. Delicious to say the least. Debra and the staff was incredible.“

“My older dog had many teeth removed from Dr. Franck's office. This is the first time I had ever been there. The veterinarian I've seen previously I'd say is "OK". I wanted something more than OK for removing 15 plus teeth from a 11 year old dog. I was very pleased with their office. They were very caring, attentive to him, made sure I understood the medication afterwards, etc. I will make them my regular vet from now on.“

Bright new office with lots of space to even sit in a little semi private alcove if you need a little extra distance. Parking can be a little tricky, but I found I can park in the United grocery parking lot and it’s a short easy walk inside to the vet. No worries!“

“I came here while visiting family in Mill Valley. I needed to update my pups vaccines and they were able to get Mushu in right away. The staff are very friendly and it’s the kind of place that feels like a trusted neighborhood clinic that’s been attending to pets for a long time. Dr Willitt is so friendly and knowledgeable and Mushu was calm in his care.“

“Can't say enough good things about Presidio Way and their team there - they've always listened patiently and have taken great care of our family's two yorkshire terriers. Even for a routine checkup we never feel rushed and we're given ample time to ask any questions that we have.

“Our 75 pound dog blew his knee out and needed it rebuilt. Negatives- Ouch!! expensive though they do a superb job at it, and (no fault of theirs) it's 3 months of controlling his movements by keeping him on a leash. The positives - the surgeon is forthright and communicative, and the outcome is shaping up (11 weeks now) to be excellent. If this happens to your dog and it's going to need repair, the sooner you get it done the less arthritis will happen in the joint, which cannot be repaired. You have to love your dog to pay this much, and be able to afford it, but if you do, Golden Gate is the best in the north Bay and cheaper than Petaluma hospital.“
