“Of course my AC stopped blowing cold on one of the hottest days of the year! Thankfully I found a referral for this company from a neighbor. I gave them call and Ricardo answered right away on a holiday nonetheless! That in itself is rare. It seems I can never get a business to answer the phone during business hours and often have to leave multiple messages before getting a call back.
I explained my issue to Ricardo, he gave the cost upfront to troubleshoot the issue and said he can come & address the problem the next morning! I was so happy considering how hot it was and it being the holiday.

This immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Working with someone new is always nerve-wracking for me.
He not only fixed the problem by replacing a part he had on hand, but he also went above and beyond and looked at all the maintenance areas and took the temperature inside my vent!
His pricing was so reasonable for the work he did and I would highly recommend this company!

“I have had total comfort out before as they were the company that installed our system for the contractor to work on noise issues from the AC condenser unit that they were able to get fixed. As we are approaching the winter season and temperatures are getting colder I wanted to get annual maintenance done on the FA heating unit it is especially important to keep your condensation drain line clear and cleaned out as we had them get plugged up in our old house and caused a leak in the ceiling. I had them add cleaning tabs in the drain pans and they also blew out the drain lines to keep them clean and clear. One thing that is very important to do. Mark was our technician and was very polite and explained everything he performed on our system. He made a few adjustments and cleaned one of the sensors to keep everything running at peak performance and efficiency HAVE YOUR SYSTEM MAINTENANCE DONE ANNUALLY or pay hundreds later for letting it go I would recommend Total comfort to family and friends Hope this helps“
