“A "WONDERFUL" experience? from the start. Specialty AC HEAT was our third company for an estimate. From the gate we had strong confidence that they were the company to do the job...The first company came and did a quick assessment and blew smoke up our A$$ for a high price...The second company (NexGen《That's right I said it》) came with 2 Techs. ONE who actually went up in the attic and did a thorough assessment, while the other stayed below.After Tech#1 had completed his task, he began breaking it down to my wife and I.Tech#1 informed us that were 2 options. He shared with us that his company had special offers.Tech#2 was not havin it....He was GunHo? on giving his pricey estimate???. Leaving no room for "Special Offers" anywhere. ?Tech#2 began a campaign of a Scare Tactic".#1) Option #1/Replacing the control panel was not going to be the cure, just a Band-Aid and a million other things can or will happen after the Fact There Of.?#2) Replacing the Furnance wound will not be compatible with our coil (thingamagiggy). He was adamant there was no other solution. No Ifs Ands Or Buts about it...Here is the SCARY part about the whole thing...If we kept our old unit and tried putting on the heater, our house can or could catch on fire. The second SCARY part was an outrageous price???.My wife and I are Senior Citizens. I firmly believe that Tech#2 was using that to "his advantage"... ?How dare he ?I am not going to go on. You get where this went. Yup your right, "Out the front door "and keep going"...HERE IS THE GOLD AT THE OTHER END OF THE RAINBOW ? They are called "SPECIALTY AC HEAT", MONTCLAIR, CA...Like I said in the beginning. I was confident that SPECIALTY AC HEAT were the people to do the job...NO JOKETHEY ARE ?Prompt;? Efficient; ?Professional; and to tie up the package, THE PRICE....????I knew right away how their operation ran, and it starts from the top and trickles down. And he is the owner.
