“I don't really write Yelp reviews, but wanted to be sure to leave Ideal Comfort a strong review. My AC was going out in June and after calling a few places, decided to have Ideal Comfort check it out. Tori was great on the phone and Tim came out that day top do the initial assessment. Technician came out shortly thereafter and fixed things. They were great communicators the entire time and were very clear with what was needed and transparent with their quote. Explained anything I wanted to know. This week my AC starting acting up again. There was a slight issue with the drains they re-did for me. Now, that happens, no big deal. They AGAIN were great on the phone, their technician fixed the issue, which was minor. As it was related to their earlier work, no charge. These things happen, they were super professional and accommodating. I will be calling Ideal Comfort again if I need any HVAC work.“

“Tradewinds did an excellent job installing my new air conditioning systems in my home. They worked quickly, efficiently, and the price was right. I was able to get an appointment soon after I called and they only took two days to install two air conditioning units. They showed up early each morning and stayed late each night. We thought we’d have to move out while they were working but they were able to keep air flow through some rooms so that we could still stay in the house overnight while the job was being done. After two days our AC units work great and we couldn’t be happier with the work. They are kind, professional, and have excellent customer service.
