“I came in today for an eye exam and complaints of dry eye. The eye doctor here is very friendly and knowledgeable of dry symptoms and she also took the time to explain to me every detail of my prescription and whatever problems that could be a problem in the future due to my life style. And she also made adjustment to some of my concerns for my prescriptions. I'm pretty satisfied with my visit today, and would recommend anyone to just come in for a simple exam at the very least“

“Dr. Hsiao was really nice and friendly. I had a hydra facial and my face felt glowing. She'll listen to your skin concerns and give you good advice, but she won't try to sell you anything. The whole experience was great!!!“

“Wow I was blown away by my experience here today. Everyone was so nice and professional. I got not only a contact lense and glasses exam I also opted in for the retinal scan. The exams were so pleasant and at the end the Optometrist DR explained and showed me my retinal scans. She explained why she didn't think my astigmatism in my left eye was bad enough for special contact lenses though it may bein the future. She explained the type of lenses she thought would be best for my current vision and why. At no time did I feel rushed nor did it take forever. It was a seamless series of vision tests that the staff made most pleasant. And even before I reached the last stage of deciding what glasses and lenses I wanted to order the Dr was making me aware of the best lenses at the lowest cost. For such a nice establishment I thought for sure they'd try to upset me but the entire time I was given options and asked what I wanted. Having done research I had a good idea of what I wanted and they let me bring my own new Versace frames. Never once did I feel pressured to buy something I didn't need or couldn't afford even after bringing out my Versace frames. I literally told them they can never close down because I am utterly spoiled now. I've had glasses since second grade so I've been to many optometrists. This is the best experience by far I had and I'm 43 now. Thank you guys and gals I'll be back for sure!!!“

“I have been bringing my boys here for 7 years now. They both wear glasses and contacts. Easy to make an appointment, good selection of glasses, and office staff is very helpful in explaining benefits with insurance, costs, etc. overall, has always been clean, organized and efficient. I recently took my daughter who does not currently wear glasses, but has developed some vision focusing symptoms and headaches. I was blown away by Doctors patience in understanding my daughter's concerns. Doctor is very knowledgeable and shows sincere concern to get down to the issue. She did a very thorough vision exam on her, while explaining the reasons for the, along the way. In the end, she was honest in suggesting other options are tried first before purchasing glasses. I appreciate businesses that are genuine about the well being of their patients, rather than making the money. “I love This place Maribel was so polite and helpful she didn't want to get glasses that didn't look good on me. I got a pair that I love and so did my husband. I recommend this place to everyone bring your family. The Doctor had also took good care of my children my daughter came in with a sty and he was so gentle with her eye and she felt relief right away. “Dr. Poolsaad has to be one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. I'm usually self conscious about my eyes but he made me feel super comfortable. I went in for contacts and he could have sold them to me. He let me know that it wasn't recommended due to the prisms in my prescription. Saved me extra money that wasn't necessary. (Last Dr I had was nice but sold me the contacts and I didn't know they didn't have the prisms in them or I wouldn't have gotten them.)Dr. Poolsaad was patient, thorough, professional, kind and HONEST. “Stop searching for a good eyeglasses place. This is it! It took no time at all to get my new lenses made. It took more time for me to pick new frames than actually getting my lenses cut, placed, and cleaned. They were very patient with me and my crazy active toddler. Pricing is great. They even had $55 frames last time I visited. The variety of frames was great bc I was getting bored of my usual black or silver cat eye frames. I found a blush frame that I'm obsessed with now. This place might be small on the outside but inside you feel like you're getting the queen/king experience and I can not stress how fast the whole process was to take even less than a day to have my new glasses. It took me 30min max!“
