“omg I don't wear glasses but the kids do, the staff here are super sweet and informative. While other locations nickel and dime for every other option such as coatings they include it in the price. The glasses they carry are Asian fit which is ideal for us with a less dominant nose bridge. They make the lenses in house so you can sometimes get the glasses the same day.“
“Great doctor. Recently my vision had worsened for distance vision and for the first time, I needed a reading correction. I did get new glasses for my new prescription but I was confused as to what my reading glasses prescription was. The doctor was kind enough to give me a follow up appointment for no additional charge to double check my reading prescription and explain a few things to me about my eyesight. I would say this doctor is definitely an upgrade from when I used to go to Target Optical.“

“I had an appointment with Dr. Pamella Chang at Blackstone Optometry today. I don't normally write reviews but given how great she is, i just had to. She was incredibly informative, pleasant and helpful. Hands down the absolute best optometrist I have experienced, and i have been to many. If you live in the area or even if you don't, her practice is absolutely worth a try. As an added benefit, the staff is very pleasant and helpful as well - and not pushy. They were ready for the appointment time, respectful that i was on a time crunch and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. So glad i have finally found the best optometrist in Dr. Chang!!!“

The entrance door windows are very clean and the inside office area smells fresh and is very elegant. The selection of available frames includes something for all tastes. The doctor that attended me is very professional, knowledgeable and made feel very valuable, important. I am very happy to have found this optometrist/ office. Although I didn't need it, a bathroom is available for patients to use if necessary. I recommend getting your ? peepers checked at this friendly, organized and well equipped office. In conclusion, this is a kid friendly office for the youngsters that need frames and vision consultations. The office ladies speak Spanish, para ustedes que no hablan inglés.“

I followed her to Lakewood when she opened her private practice even though it was far from Irvine. I now live in Pasadena, and I still make the drive all the way across LA to see her because she is just so wonderful.“

“I visited Seek Vision Optometry for the first time on Thursday, 12/28 for my 10:00 AM appointment and had a pretty good experience. I easily made an appointment on their website two weeks prior. However I did want to point out when navigating to their homepage/website, I keep getting a "Your Connection is Not Secure" Privacy Error text so just be careful of that. However, I don't prefer calling to make appointments so I still opted for their online appointment option, where you can select the specific OD, date and time. I also got a reminder call a day before, which I'm not sure if they provide text reminders (which I personally prefer haha).I went to the office a little earlier than my appointment at around 9:51 am and although I had filled out the pre-visit questionnaire online, I had to fill out another page. Their entry way is a little tight but there's a restroom on the left side as well as a little play section/ additional seating for little kiddos (def kid friendly). I waited until around 10:11 before I was taken to the back. The eye tech was nice but I noticed that she didn't clean the machine before she did the initial testings for me. I'm hoping that the machines were thoroughly wiped with alcohol before patients use them since you rest your chin on them but I wanted to point this out since it's the first time I've seen an eye tech not wipe them in front of you. I should have said something but I didn't. I was taken to my private room and waited a little longer to meet with Dr. Danielle Tsao. She was nice and the appointment was fast/efficient. I agreed to dilate my pupils but I felt like the whole appointment it was hard for my eyes to adjust when she did the screenings (like if this image was clear or not). I had a few questions, but not too much. She had her recommendations, which I appreciated. She is upbeat and seems to be personable so you feel comfortable.Parking: The lot can get a little packed depending on the time you go since there's not too many spots. However, I did not have an issue when I went. The parking spots are pretty small and the ground is uneven so note that it can be a little tricky to part. All in all, it was a pretty good appt, and I look forward to coming back!“
