Horrible customer service and I haven’t even been inside. Called for a service approval and asked a question and she seemed annoyed. They put me on hold for 10 min and then hung up.
Very rude dr. He rushes through the exam and doesn't listen to you, let alone answer any of your questions you may have. If you have Medicaid he will treat you as a 2nd class citizen.
My wife's Doctor recommended we see this eye Doctor ASAP. I was very hesitant at first when I saw all the negative comments. But I noticed all the negativity was towards rude and bad customer service from the receptionist/Assistants... My wife and I did not experience rude behavior from anyone. And the Doctor was very caring and explained the process in full detail. I couldn't be happier with the treatment my wife received. The surgery was a success and I am glad we came to this eye Clinic. So I gave it 5 stars.
