“I visited this urgent care for the first time yesterday and it was an amazing experience. Everyone greeted me and I was immediately helped to do all the paperwork. I only waited for like 10 mins before I was taken in to get my vitals taken and seen by the nurse practitioner within 5 mins. She sat down and asked me all the questions and took her time to explain the diagnosis to me and the medication she was going to prescribe. She wasn't rushing trying to leave the room or act like she was super busy like other places. What I also loved was that they had an in house pharmacy that my insurance would take !! I was glad I didn't have to go and wait for my usual pharmacy because sometimes they won't give me my prescription until the next day and my cough was so bad I couldn't wait. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, I will definitely be going back if I need to one day. Please visit this place if your looking for a good urgent care !!“

“I don't write reviews often but after the way I was treated today, I couldn't not write one. I've never had a bad experience other than wait times which I feel is normal at any urgent care. Today was about an hour and a half which seemed faster than usual. Today I saw Dr. Balette and not only did he get an extensive history, he asked if I had any recent blood work and looked over my most recent results on my mychart on my phone. He couldn't have been more thorough and I honestly have never been treated so well and like the doctor actually cared. He put in more effort than my pcp ever has and it was so appreciated. I felt heard and seen. Which isn't something I have ever said in a health care setting. The wait was worth it and even though not every experience is like that, I will continue going there when needed just because of how kind the staff always is. The lady at the front desk and the one taking my initial history/bp/height &weight were both very kind and put me at ease when I was dealing with a lot of pain and discomfort. I couldn't thank the staff enough for my visit today.“

My son’s pediatricians office recommended me to bring him in & I absolutely love how the nurse who attended my son got him to get comfortable with her to check his vitals . The doctor who attended my son was an older male I believe his name is Dr. Steven I’m not to sure but he was great as well very informative, patience, & made me feel comfortable to ask questions or concerns. my son has a very hard time when it comes to dr appointments but this clinic made him feel very comfortable. I wish I could bring him here for all his doctors visits. Overall wait time was no more then 10 mins . My experience here was great .“

“Despite reading quite a few poor reviews of local urgent care facilities, without other options, I found myself at Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group's Urgent Care. Contrary to my expectations, it was a very positive experience. I was able to find parking quite easily, and the office itself was quiet and pleasant. The receptionists were helpful, courteous, and efficient. I was seen right after filling out some basic paperwork. The nurse was kind and capable, the physician's assistant, clearly knowledgeable. My wound was bandaged, and a prescription was sent electronically to my pharmacy, which I was able to pick up later that day. If I need urgent care again, this is where I will go. I cannot recommend this facility more highly.“

“I went in as a walk in work physical and the staff was very transparent about wait times and the process. When I got back, my providers were efficient, well-versed in what I needed to do and patient. The facility was clean, uncluttered and much larger than it looked from the outside. The wait time for my physical was kinda long but I chalk it up to being a walk in and them fitting me in between appointments. They kindly told me up front about it and I had the option to wait or come back another day, so it was fine. Overall, a great experience!“

“I had a great experience at this urgent care. Everyone was nice, friendly and professional. I arrived just after they opened on a Saturday morning. There were six people ahead of me. I was treated and released within two hours (part of that time was to be monitored after a shot). I would definitely return to this location and recommend it.“

“A great experience every time I come here! Brought my kids in today and the wait time was quick, got a diagnosis, prescription was sent to our choice of pharmacy and we were done! Each person from the receptionist, to the provider, and even the discharge nurse were helpful, caring, and great with my kids!

“They are on the ball in this place. They have always made me feel very comfortable here and I trust them to help. Much better alternative than their crusty ER with all the druggies laying around, loud disorganized mess with a party type atmosphere of snack munchers! If you are really seriously ill this is a much quieter choice.“
