Nothing urgent about this place. We thought we were going along pretty well but realized that after triaging, we just got moved from area to area to wait one or more hours for a total of 8 hours before being discharged.Thanks to our triage nurse who was also surprised that we were still waiting and tried to keep things light with jokes and did check on things for us as we had no idea who our assigned provider or the nurse was. (The assessing doctor ..5 minutes of talk...was different from the discharge doctor ...5 minutes of talk...and multiple different nurses moved us from area to area.) While working in California I experienced an infection. And despite the wait was a little over two hours(expected as it is an urgent care location). The staff took great care for me, and they provided antibiotics in site. I felt really taken care of. I'm very thankful.
I came here yesterday for the 3rd time. I must say that the care i received was better than any urgent care I have been in the past. I was seen by FNP Jocelyn and my nurse Shontae. I came in with multiple symptoms, including wheezing in my chest, and was scared. They never missed a beat explaining treatments and what i can expect. No one wants to go to an ER or urgent care. It's not our best days normally its the worst days we see. And we usually spend hours in them waiting to be seen, waiting on tests, waiting on results, and the magical words you can go home now. I can say this i never felt ignored or that i bothered them with my questions. I received excellent care and i came out breathing better, more informed of my health and I will come back if I need to without any apprehension. Again.
