My daughter took my grandson to get seen when they opened at 9am and still has not been seen the dr has not even came into the office at all the staff just keeps saying to wait 20 more mins mind you it’s going on 11am and still no dr I think this place needs to be shut down

I gave this place several chances-EVERY. SINGLE. TIMEThe wait was 2-4hours, The Staff was rude and the doctor was rude.The doctor said I must not be very affected by my many diagnosis about 2 minutes after meeting me. Because he could not IMMEDIATELY see my struggle. I am so deeply disspointed in the ableism at this clinic.

I don't recommend this urgent care to anybody ! The receptionist are rude only nice to who they want to interact with ! I brought my daughter here to get checked and they take up to atleast and one or two hours to check you , on top of that they have you go get lab work done and you have to call them every other day to see if they received the lab work instead of them informing you . They make you come back in to get the results apparently they can't ease your mind and tell you in the phone , they have you come back in so you have to pay another copay to get your results. They are money hungry it's so sad . Service is slower than you can imagine . They shouldn't even have the option of stars
