“This is one of the most amazing service companies I've ever worked with as a homeowner. John answered my call after 5:00 PM when our furnace blower stopped working. The HVAC company I previously used doesn't pick up after 5PM and I needed to get the AC repaired quickly. John took the call and set up an appointment for the next afternoon. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. He offered to give me the part number for the new control board in case I wanted to buy it and install it myself to save money - what vendor does that? I opted to have him source the part and install it so that we'd be covered. He got the control board and returned to install it within an hour. Our AC is back up and running like new. “Had the experience of having one of their drivers recklessly drive around the road on the 5 freeway Friday at 3pm. After swerving between 3 different lanes and tail gaiting me, they merged into the emergency lane to pass, which tapers making it difficult to pass. He ended up pushing another car and me out of the lane nearly hitting us and then proceeded to run a red light on a right turn.I don’t know if this company has strict standards for their HVAC work but their drivers has no regard for safety.UPDATE: I was contacted by Scott, the operations manager for the company, who apologize on behalf of the company and let me know he issue has been addressed with the driver. He thanks me for taking the time to call in and report the drivers actions.“

“I am currently enlisting Hunters heating and Air to help fix my heat issue at my commercial office. Usually I would wait until job is complete for a review but they have been nothing short of amazing. As a new business owner I already have a lot on my plate, when my heat wasn't working it was a stressful time. I called Hunters and they came out quickly, after the problem wasn't resolved I gave them another call and they came out again. They answered all my questions and were always quick to respond to my text messages. They they have took it in their own hands to check the unit(even on days that I wasn't in the office) and even call the manufacture for me to get the issue resolved.
