“The Gym is located in downtown Chula Vista and has all the machines and equipments to cater to your type of training from free weights, squat racks, machines, treadmills, stair masters, air assault and recumbent bikes, and a section for functional training.Parking will be a challenge during busy times and the gym does get packed.A few suggestions to management: instill the common gym etiquette to members of allowing members to work in and share a station during busy times. Some members aren’t aware of this common courtesy. It should let members come in, work out, then go about their day instead of waiting around ruining the experience and workout schedule.“

I maximized my learning by shadowing each physical therapist and collaborating with the PTs to learn what the clients path to diagnosis, recovery and prevention to future injuries meant.
