“I recently had a new 50 gallon tank water heater installed by Sweetwater, after obtaining three quotes. They gave me the best price and promptly installed a quality product. Unfortunately, we had a problem and it took a several trips to diagnose and correct it. But John (owner) was very responsive and took full responsibility. Turned out the internal baffle (vent) had dislodged (probably during shipping), which is not common. Long story short, John came out to our house himself, found the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied and would recommend this company.“

“like another reviewer, our apartment building has had nothing but ISSUES….we’ve had our kitchen sink filling up with nasty water with food, harmful cleaning products, general nastiness MULTIPLE times. we have a young infant whose bottles and my pump parts i keep in our sink so tell me why i woke up to both sides of my kitchen sink filled to the very top with my baby’s bottle parts floating in this truly digusting, foul water!!! the day before memorial day!!! and of course the complex maintainance sent me to voicemail via the emergency number?

however! today, after the regular maintainance guy came with a snake too short, the management called out advanced plumbing solutions who sent us andrew asap and he did an incredible job. fixed it, cleaned up after himself, was very kind and accomodating with my young baby having to nap and he was incredibly cautious about making noise. luckily my baby will sleep through the shop vac lol! andrew was awesome, chatted with us/kept us company while he worked and fixed the issue with the quickness!

This had happened to us once before, and we ended up paying a lot of money to a big-name (national) plumbing outfit for two separate procedures (1) unclogging the sewer line using a motorized mechanical auger (rooter) accessed through a cleanout and (2) video camera inspection of the sewer line to determine the location of the obstruction. This time, we were a little wiser and called on High-Speed Plumbing, which we discovered through Yelp. We knew we were in good hands when we spoke to them over the phone. We were quoted a much lower price for the work, which included both procedures (video camera and rooting). The technician (Chris) who came to our home was professional and courteous. He expertly diagnosed the problem and showed us images of the tree roots that had invaded and clogged the pipe. After cleaning the line, he clearly explained our options. We decided to repair the pipe and have had no issues with our sewer line since then. You should not hesitate to call High-Speed Plumbing.“

“So, again it was Jeremy to the rescue with my water heater! Thought it was dead and he was out within the hour to figure out that the pilot had been blown out most likely due to a bubble in the gas line. However, the tank hadn't be serviced since it was installed 5 years earlier by him and needed maintenance badly. So, he leaves without any charge to return two days later to flush and clean up the two tanks! I am now back on track, learning my lesson about annual maintenance, which I will then be calling Jeremy back to keep these tanks operating smoothly!
