This beautiful German Shepherd mix came to us with a serious case of PTSD — he was so leash-reactive and anxious that we had a really hard time taking him out for even the shortest walks. “The Good Karma team has been wonderful to work with. I first met Margo when I got a 10 week old Great Dane Lab. Margo was the only trainer I found that came to my home for training, she showed my kids training games to play with the puppy as well. I also did Therapy Dog training through Margo’s course, now my Great Dane Lab gets to help other people :) The Good Karma team has taught me so much about the importance of training. “This chain franchise is a nice place to visit with your pet. If they have an accident, staff will help with clean-up if needed. Selection is very good and prices are competitive.My only concern is the check-out process, which is overly time-consuming.“

“Personally after reading the reviews I am suspicious to what things could cost for my dog but based off of my first impression...-I was at a vet down the street for our 4 PM appt and 45 minutes later I was taken into a vet room. I immediately called baseline animal hospital and the receptionist said come on in- I really do appreciate that. I paid around 180 bucks to have my dog's ears checked/cleaned/and they gave him some other things to take care of his inflammation. Sure, it's expensive but these people are professionals and I am trusting it. The place is huge, very clean, and they got lots of pamphlets regarding dog insurance so I may invest in that so I'm not the person complaining about each service done. After all these people are providers and they are doing a service for our animals. I will be returning for Oakley, and again I really do appreciate last minute seeing him after my poor experience with the vet down the street.“
