“We found Eddie in desperation, after it became clear that our shelter dog, Moose, was not only not ready to fly in cabin with us but was increasingly aggressive with people -- and especially me. We selected the 6-7 week rehabilitation program, we could not be happier. While Moose is still a work in progress (aren't we all?), he is so much calmer, so at ease around other dogs, and much calmer -- and even affectionate -- with me.Eddie is also always available if we need his support as things arise. We are also happy to be able to board Moose with Eddie when we travel, knowing that Moose is getting the structure he needs to be is best self. Eddie is super knowledgeable about dogs, and we are lucky to have found him. He's changed our lives -- and Moose's -- for the better and for the the long term!“

“I have been taking my baby here for 2 months now. He is a very shy dog, but I am thrilled with how much he loves to come here. I have been taking advantage of the many services providing, daycare, training and grooming. Junior is patients and helpful in the group trainings: though I have a challenging pet, he provides specific tips to help me try and help my dog. My pup got his first hair cut this week and the groomer being able to cut his hair/ears/bum hair/between his toes is nothing short or a miracle. My did is skittish and squirmy so I have no idea how he even accomplished that. I can't say enough positive things about how friendly, communicative and accommodating all the staff is. Special Shout out to Junior (training) Chris (grooming) and Ricardo (I think that's his name; the longer haired attendant) he is my baby's favorite. I appreciate everyone patience with my sensitive guy. I hope one day he can participate in pictures when he is not too scared. Lol Chicharrón loves his Dogtopia Family.“

“Working with Kevin has been an invaluable experience! This beautiful German Shepherd mix came to us with a serious case of PTSD — he was so leash-reactive and anxious that we had a really hard time taking him out for even the shortest walks. Kevin used his extensive understanding of dog psychology to teach us how to effectively communicate with an anxious dog, with the goal of building confidence in us humans, as well as in our pup. We look forward to continuing to benefit from Kevin’s calm, guiding presence and innate sense of canine behavior.“
“Couldn’t be happier with Liz the groomer she groomed my dog and he looks amazing and was able to get his shots updated this service is nice. Helps not to make more then one trip to a vet and a groomer“
“They assisted me with euthanasia and cremation for my 16 year old dog today and I was treated with the upmost compassion and understanding. They let me take all the time my husband and I needed to be with him in my dog's final hour and I will always be grateful. Thank you so much for the care and compassion an elderly dog needs when it's time to go.“

“My fur baby was in pain and Dr Guirges made him feel better right away. I have been taking all my babies to see Dr Guirges at Baseline Animal Hospital for many many years because of the great care they get and I will continue to do so.“
“Our dog Snow has been going to St. Marks for about a year and a half now and he absolutely loves it! He will literally cry to get off the car as soon as we get there. He also refused to leave today when I picked him up. I spent nearly 10 minutes trying to get him in the car. This just reassures me that he loves spending time there. It makes me feel good knowing that he is having fun while I am at work. The staff is also very sweet and I love that they send me pictures of him throughout the day. We love St. Marks!! ❤️Attached is a picture of the culprit refusing to leave ??“
“We had an emergency where our dog was attacked by 2 dogs and she was torn up pretty bad. This hospital did an excellent job, taking her in right away and stitched her back up. I'm so grateful for Norco Animal Hospital and the excellent vets and staff who took care of our sweet girl. She's got a long road of healing, but she looks better every day.“
“We love our regular vet but their hours recently changed and we can't go during their regular hours. This place is open until 8 pm weekdays! I was fortunate enough to get an appointment the day after I called due to my my cat's illness. We did have to wait quite a bit, but they had tried calling me earlier in the day, asking if we could come earlier (I wouldn't have been able to come earlier anyway). Regardless, we met Dr. Pan about an hour after our appointment time, and he spent more than 30 minutes with us, carefully reviewing our cat's medical records, our description of his issues, and viewing videos we took. At the end, I received a comprehensive treatment plan with medications. I felt confident that Dr. Pan, despite being incredibly busy, had spent a significant amount of time studying my cat and his issues. I felt he really valued my pet's well being and I walked out of the hospital two hours later feeling optimistic that my cat will be soon be feeling better. Vet offices are really stressed right now and so I doubly appreciated the time the doctor took with us. Also shout out to Alice, who did blood work (they have an in-house lab which really saves time) and was good natured about the fact that my cat, having had enough of being poked and prodded, finally bit her. She was really nice about it. The front office people were great too. Thumbs up!“

“Probably one of the only places to do real field training.. it does get busy on the weekends and right before any sort of trial.. cost is $15 per family vehicle (day pass) upTo two dogs additional dogs are $5/each if I remember correctly.. I heard they take credit cards now too“

“Rancho Regional is such a great hospital! I’ve been to very many vet hospitals and there aren’t many places that compare to here. The staff are all great, friendly, and hard working. They obviously care about your pet. The facility is clean and they typically have a good playlist playing in the lobby, creating a good atmosphere. In a sea of subpar veterinary hospitals, this place is a breath of fresh air. I can’t recommend them enough.“
“Thank you so much Dr Henderson and staff. Everyone was Very welcoming and cared about what happened to my Olivia. Dr Henderson was the 3rd doctor I had taken her to, With no real answer from the other 2 doctors. Dr. Henderson you could tell really cared and wanted to get to the bottom of what was going on with my baby. From the 1st call I made to them I was impressed. They got me an appointment within an hour of me calling. Olivia had surgery Friday and is doing so much better, she is starting to be herself again. She had to go home with a bandage around her, it was green and they cut little hearts to put on her bandage. I saw that I started to tear up. You want a doctor and staff that care about your animals don't look any farther, this is the place. Thank you again from Olivia and myself. Y'all are amazing“

“The girl that sits in the wheelchair she's very very rude she's the one that always answers the phone she is so rude I wouldn't recommend this place at all“
