“We found Eddie in desperation, after it became clear that our shelter dog, Moose, was not only not ready to fly in cabin with us but was increasingly aggressive with people -- and especially me. We selected the 6-7 week rehabilitation program, we could not be happier. While Moose is still a work in progress (aren't we all?), he is so much calmer, so at ease around other dogs, and much calmer -- and even affectionate -- with me.Eddie is also always available if we need his support as things arise. We are also happy to be able to board Moose with Eddie when we travel, knowing that Moose is getting the structure he needs to be is best self. Eddie is super knowledgeable about dogs, and we are lucky to have found him. He's changed our lives -- and Moose's -- for the better and for the the long term!“

“I have been taking my baby here for 2 months now. He is a very shy dog, but I am thrilled with how much he loves to come here.I have been taking advantage of the many services providing, daycare, training and grooming.Junior is patients and helpful in the group trainings: though I have a challenging pet, he provides specific tips to help me try and help my dog.My pup got his first hair cut this week and the groomer being able to cut his hair/ears/bum hair/between his toes is nothing short or a miracle. My did is skittish and squirmy so I have no idea how he even accomplished that.I can't say enough positive things about how friendly, communicative and accommodating all the staff is.Special Shout out to Junior (training) Chris (grooming) and Ricardo (I think that's his name; the longer haired attendant) he is my baby's favorite.I appreciate everyone patience with my sensitive guy. “Training with Harmony in a small group setting has been a great experience. She clearly explains and demonstrates the why's and how's for each lesson. Because of Harmony's knowledge and patience, my big girl and I have been successful in learning the basics through better cue delivery and verbal communication.“

“We highly recommend this place. We've left our dog there a few times now and they have been so kind to her. They're good folks there that care deeply about the dogs and keep us owners informed on how our dog is doing. And they send pics each day! FC Boarding is the only place we'll board our dog now.“

“This chain franchise is a nice place to visit with your pet. If they have an accident, staff will help with clean-up if needed. Selection is very good and prices are competitive.My only concern is the check-out process, which is overly time-consuming.“

“The ladies that work at Fetch and Play are awesome! They are very sweet and attentive to my pup. My senior dog has special needs, and they are willing to adapt as needed, which I appreciate. Its helpful to have text reminders of upcoming appts and when to pick them up. I've gone there several times and it's always a pleasure.“

“Gets the job done. Doctor is great. Staff very friendly. But the prices are ridiculous. I paid nearly $300 for a heart storm test and basically health check.“

“Knowledgeable about all breeds. She was super helpful and answered all questions I had. Encouraged me to take my dog to one of her classes to make sure I have the most well behaved dog possssible.“

“Recently had to put my dog down here. The staff is very gentle and caring. Wouldn't have taken her anywhere else.“

“They assisted me with euthanasia and cremation for my 16 year old dog today and I was treated with the upmost compassion and understanding. They let me take all the time my husband and I needed to be with him in my dog's final hour and I will always be grateful. “Our dog Snow has been going to St. Marks for about a year and a half now and he absolutely loves it! He will literally cry to get off the car as soon as we get there. He also refused to leave today when I picked him up. I spent nearly 10 minutes trying to get him in the car. This just reassures me that he loves spending time there. It makes me feel good knowing that he is having fun while I am at work. “Probably one of the only places to do real field training.. it does get busy on the weekends and right before any sort of trial.. cost is $15 per family vehicle (day pass) upTo two dogs additional dogs are $5/each if I remember correctly.. I heard they take credit cards now too“

“Employees are nice, a bit understaffed so you might have to search for someone if you need assistance. Petco in general is a bit overpriced, but they have a wide range of stock for different kinds of pets. I seem to always get lost in the cat section and walk right by the thing I'm looking for, the aisles are kinda narrow and not great for browsing.“

“Thank you so much Dr Henderson and staff. Everyone was Very welcoming and cared about what happened to my Olivia. Dr Henderson was the 3rd doctor I had taken her to, With no real answer from the other 2 doctors. Dr. Henderson you could tell really cared and wanted to get to the bottom of what was going on with my baby. From the 1st call I made to them I was impressed. They got me an appointment within an hour of me calling. Olivia had surgery Friday and is doing so much better, she is starting to be herself again. She had to go home with a bandage around her, it was green and they cut little hearts to put on her bandage. I saw that I started to tear up. You want a doctor and staff that care about your animals don't look any farther, this is the place. Thank you again from Olivia and myself. Y'all are amazing“

“Love this store, and the staff. I won't take my dog anywhere else. I have an anxious and nervous German Shepherd, who occasionally stays at Pets Hotel, and we use the grooming services. All of the staff, have gotten to know her, and they go out of their way to try and make her comfortable. She can be difficult to handle sometimes, but all the staff at the Glendora store are kind and patient with her. She's a work in progress who has come along way, and the employees at this store are partly the reason for that.“
