I received a call letting me know when the technician was 10 minutes out. Upon his arrival, Taylor checked out the problem, explained what needed to be done, and wrote up an estimate of the cost for repairs. After agreeing to the repair cost, Tyler worked efficiently to repair a major leak. When his work was completed, he cleaned the area and then showed me that my bathtub faucet was now working correctly. Thank you for a job well done!
