Three stars for great service provided by technician. Deducted two stars because of lack of communication and time taken between first visit and next to install the part. 45 days is not acceptable without any communication.

Performance Electrical has been a mixed bag for me. We had them do a light install outside which has worked out very well, fair price, good service, good tech. Courteous people as well. Then we asked their plumbing side to take care of two issues, one was a leaky toilet tank and the other a chattering hot water side pipe. The service man changed out the flapper on the toilet, then installed a device designed to stop the chatter. Neither solution worked and I was now out $350. I called them back, and it took a couple of weeks to get them here, the service man looked everything over and said he would have his boss call me with a bid for the repairs.
