“I have been working out at Ceres Karate since 2008 started out with cardio then joined the Krav Maga class helped me release stress lower my blood pressure now I take 0 medications, and losing weight was just a plus!! I love doing Krav Maga self defense classes my daughter now does Karate and my husband joined me and is now my partner in class.What keeps me coming here? "the way they make you feel like family" all the new friends you make and how comfortable you feel.workouts are the best!“

“This place is great! It takes a bit to get used to the intense work outs but they're great and the post-workout burn is awesome. I subscribed to the fighter fit program which includes classes for kickboxing, powerboxing, and boxing, etc. Each class has it's own flow, so I reccomend trying them all to see which one you like best.
