Found this gem through instagram, Miguel is very welcoming and he explains what is expected, love the fact he emphasizes the word "discipline." He is willing to work around your work schedule so i am able to take my child. My child was able to learn and retain moves that he taught, she is excited to join, thank you for working with us!

How I describe Ceres Karate.My La Familia.No one is never a stranger. Its a place were everyone is respected , appreciated and Loved. We cheer each other on and every level of fitness is welcome.We laugh, joke and sweat together as strive to meet our personal goals.If you are looking for a fun, non judgemental place to get a great workoutCeres Karate is the best place to start and l can guarantee you, that you will not be disappointedI adore and Love all of the instructors.Miguel, Mike Irene,Matt,Pena Just to name a few.This is my home, My La familia!!
