My son has been coming here for almost a year and we love it! Love the instructors and the atmosphere. They are amazing with the kids. They teach a lot of skills and have fun doing it. Highly recommend the amazing team!!

This is the studio to attend to learn true self defense. Da Shifu Lara is extremely knowledgeable and very adept at teaching his skills to others. The instructors show great respect to all of the students and the students are taught self confidence & respect for others. So they are learning life skills as well as a martial art that could not only save their life & the lives of their loved ones, but can be practiced for their entire life. Students can start as early as 3 or 4. There are also students in their late 70’s & early 80’s.Sho Shou is a form of self defense that teaches students how to avoid and protect themselves then neutralize an aggressive situation. My daughter attended classes here and this was her first time trying martial arts. She's only 3 but had a really great time. The instructors are professional and definitely take pride and care in their instruction. We really appreciated the experience and definitely recommend!
