We were looking for not only a regular gardener for maintenance services, but also to refresh the old desert landscaping (which previously had faded mulch and all the DG had blown away and started to look old). “Torrance fence was recommended highly on my local next door. A friend was in need of replacing a fence that was falling apart and had to be moved to allow for a new AC unit. I called Torrance fence for a quote. My friend was in a hurry to get this done. Unfortunately they did not have availability to come out for almost a week to give an estimate. I scheduled the appointment and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call the next day saying there was a cancellation and the estimator could come out the next day. Neither my friend or I were available to meet the estimator however he came out took pictures and measurements called with questions and had an estimate with options via email within 24 hours. He also left samples of the fencing options. They were by far the lowest cost as we had emailed pictures and dimensions to other companies who were substantially more and would not come out to do the estimate in person. My friend's plans changed and she ended up not needing to install a vinyl fence. Wanted to give them a review as they were so responsive and they really went out of their way to get there quickly for an estimate as well as having an excellent price point for the fence requested. I highly recommend them for any fencing job.“

Julios has provided us with world class service from the beginning of process to the very last step of getting product installed at our recent store. I can vouch him blindly for the expertise he has on framing, designing and fabricating product with very minimal interactions and inputs. He was able to deliver the product within agreed timeline. I need to emphasize, the product was getting shipped from Cali to Seattle and we are talking about 350 lbs of steel on a pallet that was strapped, wrapped and secured so well. I still don't believe this was all done in less than 10 days time from point I had inital call with Julios, to receiving the storefront gate per our needs. Every single bit of information was addressed or concern was taken in to account. During the install he was actively available for our outsourced 3rd party installer / fabricator for addressing on site query and concerns without any hesitation. This was a major win for us. “This review is long overdue, but Sam built three redwood gates with fencing for me a couple years back and I was, and still am, very happy with the results. The existing rotten (and termite infested) gates and a fence on a block wall were removed and new gates and fencing were installed with the design being simple, functional, and termite resistant due to the redwood construction. The cost was reasonable and installation was done within the agreed time period with good communication between us. After a few years the gates still function perfectly and the finish and construction have held up nicely.Sam also removed a termite infested balcony railing and built and painted a new redwood railing that was exactly what I wanted and showed great attention to detail. Like the gates and fencing, it is holding up very nicely.If you desire new fencing or gates then I think you would be happy with Sam. I have every intention of turning to Sam when I have new projects.“
