“We were doing a partial bathroom renovation, replacing tile, painting, replacing the vanity, pretty straightforward. I had met with four other contractors at this point, and the estimates were VASTLY spread out, and many were vague or just a lump sum estimate without scope of work details. Then came Daniel and SafeSide. He listened to what we wanted, and even made suggestions that saved us money. His estimate was very well priced, and listed each element we spoke about in detail. We immediately felt comfortable with him and his crew. They worked very clean, protecting surfaces and keeping supplies organized by the end of each day. Daniel's guys showed up right when they promised, and he stayed on budget. He worked with us to complete the project within our timeline, too. He communicates very clearly and is very responsive to both text messages and calls. Daniel even personally showed up to check in every day, sometimes multiple times throughout! We absolutely recommend Daniel and will be keeping in touch for future projects in coming years.“

“We've used Vinyl Concepts on 3 different occasions over the past 12 years, and the product and workmanship is fantastic. The product is durable and has never needed painting. We've replaced all our old wooden fences with Vinyl fences from Vinyl Concepts, and we have been very happy with their product and work. It's worth a little extra cost upfront but you avoid the cost of maintenance, painting, and termites of our old wooden fences.“

“Juan is great! He was very efficient, and quick to respond. We were looking for not only a regular gardener for maintenance services, but also to refresh the old desert landscaping (which previously had faded mulch and all the DG had blown away and started to look old). Juan gave me the fastest and the best quote and worked within my budget to make everything look perfect. He and his crew worked all day to do the job on time. I had a deadline because my tenants were moving in the next couple days, so he fit me into his busy schedule to make the front and back yards look perfect. He also removed old trash and washed the cement and patio areas. Even my neighbors commented how nice and new everything looked, and how they saw everybody working so hard all day. In summary, I am so impressed with the professional job, but also the great communication and fast and reliable response times, and also the way he really worked within my time and money constraints. “I retained J&J fence to install a 8 foot plastic composite security fence along 50 feet of the side of the LA property with a gate. They came out for the initial evaluation and took all measurements. The fence was going to have to be fabricated to take into account brick pilasters and a slope from the garage to the front side of the compound. We also needed a solid base as the fence would be subjected to afternoon strong winds. We also wanted to use an inland empire manufactures fencing products. A week later they arrived and prepared the site for the install. They installed the fence framework into concrete in one day, came back the next day to install concrete inside the posts and a third day to install the gate. Then they cleaned the entire area. We are very pleased with the final product. The final product is stunning, solid and comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Avoid the big box store "cheap fences" which blister and fade. 10 out of 10 company on all fronts.“

“This review is long overdue, but Sam built three redwood gates with fencing for me a couple years back and I was, and still am, very happy with the results. The existing rotten (and termite infested) gates and a fence on a block wall were removed and new gates and fencing were installed with the design being simple, functional, and termite resistant due to the redwood construction. The cost was reasonable and installation was done within the agreed time period with good communication between us. After a few years the gates still function perfectly and the finish and construction have held up nicely.Sam also removed a termite infested balcony railing and built and painted a new redwood railing that was exactly what I wanted and showed great attention to detail. Like the gates and fencing, it is holding up very nicely.If you desire new fencing or gates then I think you would be happy with Sam. I have every intention of turning to Sam when I have new projects.“
