This review is long overdue, but Sam built three redwood gates with fencing for me a couple years back and I was, and still am, very happy with the results. The existing rotten (and termite infested) gates and a fence on a block wall were removed and new gates and fencing were installed with the design being simple, functional, and termite resistant due to the redwood construction. The cost was reasonable and installation was done within the agreed time period with good communication between us. SAM IS AWESOME! He's easy to work with, his team is amazing! Miguel is a wonderful craftsman! They get the job done at a great pace too! We had them build a fence for our building and it is more beautiful than I imagined it would be! Everyone in our building loves it!!!! Could not have asked for a better experience working with SAM.

Had Samy take down an 8 foot set of oak and glass cabinets attached to the ceiling. He arrived right on schedule with two helpers. Cabinet was down and gone in 10 minutes. Super fair price. Nice as can be. Very clean work. Having him back next week for some electrical work.
