“To put it simply, Cara changed our lives and helped with something we thought was impossible ? We were completely unprepared bringing home our newborn baby in July to meet our high energy 5 year old bulldog, kenobi. He didn’t adjust well to the baby, and we spent the first two weeks of her life with me upstairs and my husband downstairs with the dog. Every attempt at introducing him to our baby failed and got increasingly worse. We had no other choice than to seek a trainer.Cara immediately identified his food was a contributing issue to his temperament. Within 2 training sessions, we were able to live harmoniously with the baby and kenobi, while spending the rest of our training sessions working on basic obedience.She not only gave us the tools on correcting his behavior, she really explained WHY we use those tools so we could apply them correctly.Kenobi only left the house to go to the vet or to be boarded because he was uncontrollable on a leash. Cara not only taught us how to manage him with a prong collar and leash, the last training session was spent at a park to help our anxiety with having him out of the house. Not only did she ignore me in the pool and go straight to the steps, she was comfortable and relaxed doing it! “This is a late mention but I've had an excellent experience bringing one of my chinchillas here to be cared for - four visits in fact. First, when she had some fur loss and a follow up, and then twice for minor bites from my other chins. One visit was in late 2020 during the pandemic, and I wasn't able to go into the facility to do the handling. Chinchillas are very delicate and don't like being picked up, but they still managed to get an x ray and do a sort of laser therapy on her little paw, and get her back into the carrier afterwards. While I was waiting outside, less than a couple of hours, the Dr was very considerate and gave updates over the phone. It's very fortunate to have this facility in the area with the ability to care for exotic pets.“

The staff at this location are all super friendly, you can really tell they have a passion for what they do! Super thorough and patient staff answering all the questions I had, they really went above and beyond and left a really great impression. Hands down this is the most genuinely caring vet i've ever been to!“
