“I was looking for a serious contractor to assist with design and construction of a complete remodel of a kitchen and flooring. I interviewed Virgil who came across personable and enthusiastic about taking on a large project. Knowing Urbane Floorings home-base is located in Murrieta, I was a little nervous regarding the distance on a project in Orange County. As in any construction project, we had multiple questions and suggestions every step of the way. Whenever I called Virgil regarding a question or concern, I found him receptive! Virgil would ALWAYS return your call or text in a timely manner. Virgil partnered with Luna Construction and for us was a good fit. If we asked for them to return on a minor adjustment, they returned and completed to our satisfaction. Urbane Flooring is reasonably priced and all work is guaranteed. This company does more than flooring and will work with their customers. I've heard horror stories from angry people who dived into large home projects and I'm lucky we didn't have to run into those negative stories. Don't be hesitant to ask them questions and they will respond. I would recommend them for a remodel!“

“Couldn't be happier with calling Bob first!! He was able to immediately come out (happened to catch him on a day that was supposed to be worse weather - so got lucky!), gave us a fair quote, super friendly and obviously very knowledgeable, easy communication and showed up when he said he would, and did great work! What more could you ask for?! He cleaned carpet in our walk-in closet, several area rugs and a couch for us. The couch literally looked new when he was done with it! And he walked us through the different materials on each area rug and what was needed to ensure the best outcome for each (one of which was wool so very particular). We will definitely be using him again and being new to the area, so happy to know just who to call now. It's so nice to work with someone who is so passionate about what they do and clearly enjoys it on top of having so much working knowledge from years of experience. Can't recommend more!“

“Danny did our tile a few weeks ago. I meant to send this review before but forgot. I called a couple of other tile setters who never called me back. Danny called me on a Sunday which to begin with was impressive as it was Thanksgiving weekend! He showed up when he said he would for the estimate and when I showed him the tile we got from Lowes, he pretty much flat out said he didn't want to do the job because it wouldn't turn out well because the tile was defective (he then proceeded to show me why). I'm in the construction business but not tile, so by him wanting to turn down the job, that sent a good message to me. He said he didn't want to do a job that he nor I would be satisfied with. That to me is professional as most contractors are usually in it for the money. Long story short we bought a nicer tile from a supplier that he recommended and it cost us $300 less! He showed up at the day and time agreed to to do the installation and the job turned out perfect. We bought a 3D type of tile that had to be match perfectly to line up the 3D effect and it is seamless. I would recommend Danny to anyone who wants a professional and conscientious job done right. He may not be the cheapest but in my line of work I know for a fact that you get what you pay for and fixing mistakes is costly and normally will cost twice the amount to fix. “Chris went above & beyond for me. I found some discontinued tile (Mohawk Trayborne Whiskey Oak 9x36") that I needed to match the rest of the house, at a warehouse in Texas, but they would only sell 300 square feet to me (I only needed 170), and wanted to charge $300 for shipping to CA. Chris was able to get the amount of tile I needed, with the shipping cost half of that. Thank you very much!!! Hubby picked up the tile from Lake Elsinore today, and said "real nice guy". I'll add pics when it's installed“
