We have an approximate 800+ sq ft cement coated patio balcony deck that has an approximate 150 sq ft area that has buckled, cracked cement. Also seams are showing due to water damage. After a very thorough explanation of what the repair process would entail we agreed to have Halls Deck Coating do the repair and also resurface the entire deck.I cannot say enough about the integrity and superior professional service that Marvin and his team at Halls provided.I was kept informed daily of every step of the repair process.The crew was on time daily. We hired Marvin's team to build out 1st & 2nd floor decks and connect to our entry stairs. Marvin was fair, they did what they said the would, they accomplished the finished project to our delight. Everyone says it looks great. It is waterproof. Although it looks slippery, it is not. They integrated the railing posts into the decking, and WE ARE HAPPY. Additional work required was accepted by them & handled appropriately.
