“We recently had vinyl plank installed in our home by a different business (*not* Precision Flooring) and we had some concerns about it. We were hoping to get the opinion of an independent flooring installer about whether our concerns were valid, and if so, how to best move forward. We called a couple of flooring businesses, and while very polite and sympathetic, they essentially didn't want to agree to come out and give us their thoughts, even though we were happy to pay them for their time. Feeling a bit defeated, we discovered Precision Flooring and called John (the owner). Not only was he gracious enough to spend time speaking with us on the phone, but he then offered to come to our home the next day! He looked at the areas that we were concerned about, gave us his thoughts, and shared with us some ideas about how to move forward. When he was leaving, we tried to pay him for his time and expertise, and also as show of appreciation, but he was adamantly unwilling to take any money. John is an honest and decent person, traits that are becoming harder to come by these days. We regret not having discovered Precision Flooring before hiring someone else, but we won't hesitate to use them in the future.“
