This morning woke up to no hot water ! Ugh !!! Had an emergency the weekend after New Years ! I was in panic mode because of having no hot water. They responded quickly, explained what was happening and the different fixes available, were very competitively priced, cleaned up the backyard when they were done, and did a beautiful job replacing everything. They stayed late on the last day of work to make sure everything was completed and put back before the rainstorm. Luis and Nick were great guys – very professional, friendly, and responsive. And when they came across an unexpected problem with one of the trees, they fixed the issue without charging me more, despite the extra hours they had to spend working on it.“

“My experience with Marc at Make it Drain was fantastic. We had a problem with leakage under the house that we thought was fixed when we bought the place. Turns out two years later that something wasn't done right and we had wastewater accumulating from the kitchen. Marc from Make it Drain came out on short notice on the weekend to look at the job, and he gave me a great estimate, educated me about the issues, talked me through the process, and had a friendly but no-pressure approach. I had several other companies out to make estimates, and one of the estimates was three times what Marc quoted me!!
