A plumber ,Carlos, came first thing this morning. He was both knowledgeable and very polite. Carlos investigated the problemand repaired the problem. To be sure all was correct he drainedthe water tank and refilled it. The problem was not the tank as I feared, but the the metal hose. Replaced with a copper one. He cleaned everything up.A very through man and a job well done. Another good reason to keep using John Murray Plumbing.Thank-you,Ed

I had the pleasure of meeting Casey when he was sent to repair a leak at my water meter that was deemed by the water company to be my responsibility. He began the job promptly and completed it in a timely manner. Didn’t mind a little interaction from me and was a very pleasant professional. I’ve been a customer of this company for quite a few years. I’ve nothing but praise for their work.However this recent job by Casey just blew away the competition. I had a problem with hot water pressure. He went around the house from the boiler to under the sink and to every sink and tap to resolve the issue at every possible location. He did it quickly, cleanly and pleasantly.Definitely recommend this company and if you can request Casey for so.
