I was quite pleased to receive Ed and Ruben to my home this afternoon for a bid on a new roof for our house. They were timely, professional, and pleasant. I was very impressed with breadth and depth of Ed's knowledge about the trade of roofing. He represented his company (Quality First) and their products and workmanship very well. They worked up an estimate (which he termed " a guarantee") in front of me that was reasonable and well explained. I commented on his honest approach to sales and he corrected me saying that "candid" was his watchword and style. Fred Demehri was great , he explained the business profile and the products with in depth knowledge, from start to finish he was throughly engaged , great to have a sales guy who knew his products.
