Very good roofer! Leon inspected our roof, found it in fine condition, and made no recommendations for repairs. They have repaired other roofs for us before, and their work is good, and their prices are better than other estimates by far.

We were very pleased with the service by Bill Hamilton Roofing when they installed our new IB membrane flat roof in 2018. During the massive rainstorm on 12/31/22, we found water dripping from our ceiling. (It turned out that another contractor accidentally damaged the roof last spring.) I called BHR's emergency number, and got a call back within 20 minutes. Within a couple of hours, Chino and Humberto showed up (on New Years Eve in a downpour!), and were friendly, professional, and efficient. We scheduled Steve to come give us an estimate for a new roof on our home in San Jose. He was prompt, and went right up on the roof to check things out. (A previous company came and gave us a quote without getting up on the roof at all). After looking, he discussed with us that our roof was actually in good condition, and that we would not really need to replace it for another 5-10 years. It's pretty rare to find a company so honest these days. We will be hiring Bill Hamilton Roofing in the near future when we need our new roof. Thank you Steve!
