After weeks of collecting bids and getting frustrated with other contractors and their process, Howard was recommended to us by two different sources. He was quick to respond to our inquiry, and within a 30 minute discussion understood our vision and was able to add helpful suggestions to improve the plan. He has experience with Eichlers and understands their unique challenges. He gave a detailed bid and we quickly came to agreement on start date. His team showed up on time every day and thoroughly explained each day's plan. They left the job as tidy and clean as possible every evening.
