We recently purchased a home in Saratoga from Bay Area Design & Construction and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of construction and meticulous attention to detail. The craftsmanship and design, from the choice of lights to the interior aesthetics, were nothing short of amazing, reflecting a high standard of excellence. We decided to remodel our downstairs bathroom to accommodate our needs as we get older. We engaged Bay Area Design and Construction based on a colleague's recommendation. It proved to be an excellent decision.Payman is a respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely conscientious general contractor. His experience helped us iron out our original ideas into a functional and very attractive finished product. Both he and his project foreman were readily available and promptly responded to any questions we had. The crew was friendly, punctual, efficient and highly skilled.
