“This is my first review of an HVAC contractor. Bay Mountain Air did two installations for me in the last 30 days, one for my residence which I had both new AC & furnace replaced, one for the rental home I managed, in which a new AC was installed. I am very pleased with what they had done. For both properties, they first came in for a professional assessment and made sure the new system to be compatible, then made a recommendation on the type of equipment that would fit the best along with the affordability of the cost. I was reluctant to give both projects to BMA at the beginning since the online rating wasn't very good about them. I chose BMA because they did some AC maintenance work for my house some years ago. I asked BMA to do the rental home first. Two technicians came in the early morning and took 5~6 hrs. to finish the job. The initial test run wasn't come up initially. After some diagnosis, they found out the thermostat was old and not compatible. They replaced it with a new thermostat and had the AC worked right away but they didn't charge extra for that. I was very pleased with their work quality. I then sent them the job approval for my house the next day. They scheduled the work one week after; Juan and his assistant came in right on time at 8:30 AM sharp. With Juan's extensive experience in the HVAC industry, the installation went on smoothly. The new system was started up beautifully. They also did a nice job to clean up the area before they left. I was amazed the guy even cared for any nails left on the driveway. They did a very thorough job. As I checked their last review was in 2019, some even went back to 2012. Not sure what happened during that period. I am just speaking from my experience. Btw, another thing I really liked was their price. It's very competitive, especially for the AC/Furnace combo deal that was put in my house. It's almost like a two-for-one deal. On top of the service, they provided I highly recommend BMA. Would like to introduce them to all my friends as well.“

I highly recommend ABS, especially if you have a heat pump unit.“

“We have been putting off an HVAC upgrade for years. We finally committed and reached out for multiple quotes. We contacted Bellows through Costco and they were by far the most professional and responsive. The installation went the same. The team kept all timelines, had great communication, and made sure we received a good finished product for our mini-split system. If I had any complaint, it would be that Costco only allows Lennox systems to be installed under their contract, which I think limits options. Overall we had a great experience using Bellows and would do so again!“

Airflows feet of ventilation etc. if you want your house cooled with less ac. I was able to cut our ac at night to almost 10% of what it was. Only if it stays above 70 overnight is it not effective, otherwise great impact. Use these guys and you will not be sorry“
