“ABC Service was quick to respond to my message about needing help with our basically new fridge that was freezing everything. Samsung said they couldn’t help and most places wouldn’t come to fix a Samsung fridge just laundry. We’ll ABC services tech came out to our house during one of our recent storms, even around so many detours due to road closures and kept us up to date of his ETA. Long story short, my 13 month old Samsung fridge is toast and it would cost too much to fix and hope it would still work.
