Fernando and his team helped us pick and install a new HVAC system for our apartment. In every interaction from introductory visit through installation and city inspection, we appreciated their thorough attention to detail, respect for the space, and consistent communication with us and with each other. They really went out of their way to make sure there were no surprises. We would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their HVAC system and look forward to working with them again in the future!

I have been working with Cold Craft for many years now and I trust them to take care of my clients who have very high expectations. The staff is responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and effective. The level of honesty is priceless, if something is not necessary they tell you that you don't need to spend the money. If something can wait they will tell you, they are not looking to make money by "doing more", they are looking for a long-term relationship built on trust. Just had a part on my ac replaced. Eli was phenomenal and after inspecting the ac knew exactly what was wrong with it. He fixed it perfectly and in little time. He was very knowledgeable and was even teaching me things along the way. Great service start to finish
