Im now looking at a home equity loan to build an ADU as a rental unit. The owner,Todd, was bery helpful in his explanation and patience with his my questions. I like that prefabrication of home is faster and costs less than same size home built onsite“

American Eagle did a major remodeling on my house last year (moved 2 walls, gutted 2 bathrooms, kitchen improvements, living room beams & fireplace improvements, electrical, painting, & more). They did a wonderful job, were great to work with, & even suggested numerous places where I could save money on the job. Overall cost reasonable, ethical, & on time. This year I've already contracted them to do an extension onto my house with an extra bedroom & bath after having such a good experience with them last time. “Chris and RBC were amazing. The issues with ordering from Lowe's were problematic, however, RBC being their installation crew saved the day. All ran smoothly once RBC stepped in. They are super dialed in and have great systems in place for customer care. I appreciated the attention to detail they invested when looking over our items upon receipt. I felt like they had our backs in looking for any imperfections. They were like family working at our home for several days. Chris addressed issues that were not part of his scope to go the extra mile to make sure I felt supported. He responded to communication within an hour and had a plan in place for the one week he was on vacation. This company is top-notch. Two minor issues that need to be resolved and of course he has already agreed to come up and look at re-aligning a drawer and cabinet front. I would order from Lowe's again, only with this team in place.“

With all the different companies showing up, Cory has been the best at showing up and starting/finishing the job when he said it he would. He built an awesome 20x20 deck off our house and we couldn't be any more happy. Cory and his guys were awesome and did awesome work. I couldn't recommend this company any more.“

He moved a couple of walls for me, installed new outlets where there weren't any before, hung a ceiling fan, and all the repair work to put it all back without a trace of the gaping holes that had been there before.
