“If you are thinking about buying a house this year - here's a shout out for Nicole Borkgren! She was amazing - hands down THE BEST real estate agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with!!!! She took the time to find exactly what we were looking for and truly went above and beyond! Our families had a very unusual situation where I was recently divorced, living in an apartment in the San Fernando Valley, and my folks just sold their house in Arizona to move here to help me out, and had an extremely short escrow - time was of the essence especially because they have a menagerie of pets! Finally, one of our offers was immediately accepted and she did all of the negotiating for us - found us a great inspector - Bob Guyer of Guyer Inspections, LLC - and believe it or not, we were able to leave two 26 foot Penske rental trucks in front of her house while we were waiting for the mortgage paperwork to finalize - which was a major exception! We don't know what we would have done without Nicole's help - she was such a blessing! My folks, my two children and I are so thankful that Nicole was our agent! Honestly, I don't think any of this would have transpired if Nicole wasn't our agent - we had such an odd situation, but because of her amazing work ethic and determination, she made it all happen!
