Someone tell that moron Lyn Cotwright that it's pretty inconsiderate to tape your garbage advertisements to people's houses. Well at least now I know which company never to use in the future so thanks for that I guess.

We had several choices for realtors in this market, but chose Frank because of his personal and professional attitude. We were selling our home of 24 years which made it an emotional sale, compounded with a few other details, such as moving out of state and helping our college aged children find new places to live. He was always available to listen and made the paperwork part of this seem like nothing. He presented us with market research and helped us set an asking price that was above what we originally thought we might get. His marketing team moved in and took pictures and video, got us on the MLS and we got an offer over asking the first day ! He made sure no details were missed and met with inspectors and agents in our absence. The whole transaction went smooth and closed on time. He is a consumate, detail oriented professional. I have heard horror stories about deals falling out, missed appointments that broke deals. If you want to avoid those kinds of issues, pick wisely when you chose an agent. I have this thing! If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all! However, when it comes to Keller Williams, their real estate brokers and their agents are very unethical! Hiring them to be your real estate agent would be like asking the serpent to guard your hens eggs!
