AVOID AVOID AVOID real estate agent POUPEE KOMENKUL she does not represent the sellers properly with morals nor ethics. Whack job all day long, more worried about her clothes than the job. Nor would I use her to buy a place. I had to change realtors after she screwed up so badly. I don't know about the agents at this office, but simply avoid Poupee Komenkul.And to make matters worse, when I posted a bad review, this is Poupee's response: Poupee:K K.Please tell me who you are.Years ago ? You must have such a sad life to hold a grudge for so long. Im sorry for you. May God bless you. Can you tell me the name of the client?She insults me again saying I have a sad life. No just too busy living life to write the bad review and now that I have time since it's the holidays and my slower time of year with work, I had time to work on my checklist. True colors from this bad agent. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Poupee Komenkul is the best! She sold our home for well more than we asked three days after we listed it, and she found us the perfect home which we can close on quickly. She is always available, very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything you want in an agent! I highly recommend her.
