They tore off the original shakes from the 1960s, added foam insulation, and then the standing seam metal roof. “Mid Peninsula roofing was a remarkably good experience. We have a very steep pitch (15/12) roof that is also complex with 6 dormers and other complications. They erected scaffolding around the house and proceeded methodically and competently in the tear off and re roof process while adding roof venting. We also had them install 15 Enphase PV panels which is a choice that we are happy with.

“Emmanuel and Moctezuma roofing were great. They came out to give a no-cost estimate within 24 hours of being contacted.

They had plenty of recommendations and were very communicative and easy to deal with. The work, once scheduled was done quite fast and cleanly.

We had an issue with a supplier shorting them of some product and Emmanuel was super apologetic (again not his fault) but communicated the issue with updates daily and completed work as soon as the product was delivered. Just treated us like human beings.

The caliber of work was fantastic and we’ve received numerous compliments (as well as just being super pleased ourselves)

“Amazing experience with Above All Roofing Services. Emile is honest and prompt. Called during rain as mold developing in kid's room ceiling. Emile called an employee in and together they came out immediately despite it being Friday late afternoon. Looked everything up and down. Could have charged me an arm and leg. Not Emile, he said the roof is not the problem and explained what was happening and how to manage it. We had pre-agreed on a price for the evaluation. Emile said, no way he would take the money as they did not end up doing much work (he sure did the evaluation though). Lots more rain and NO ISSUES. “Sam Park recently did my roof. He came as he told me he would however, I didn't get a chance to confirm with him about them coming the night before but they came bright and early on the day scheduled. They worked really fast, so I didn't get a chance to cover up the work area where my skylites are. For those of you who have a skylite, please cover up the opening the day before they come because a lot of stuff fell down into my house, even though Sam has asked me to cover up when he first started but I wasn't home to do so, therefore there was a mess I had to clean up. It was a cold windy morning in February. Despite the window and the coming storm, they worked through my roof without stopping. What was supposed to be a two day project turned into 1. He replaced dry rot wood and also put in an incline to the part of my roof that had puddles.Sam took care of all the paper work, I didn't need to worry about any of the city permits.Sam is busy, I remember texting him for a quote, he didn't respond until much later but I'm glad I shopped around because his price was very reasonable compared to others. I recommend him. After he did my roof, my house stopped leaking water. I'm glad he got his staff to push through doing the roof that day because rain came the next month and after every rain, I promised myself that I would write him a review because my house is no longer leaking water. “Rescue Roofing has done several roof repairs and new roof installations in our neighborhood. When we were looking for a quality roofing company to either repair or replace our leaking flat roof, we selected Rescue Roofing, which turned out to be an excellent choice on our part.This winter we had a roof leak in one of our bathrooms. Tony was busy doing a roof repair but he came over the next day and thoroughly inspected our roof and vent pipes. He gave us a choice of either repairing the roof or replacing it, as well as replacing the vent pipes which were rusting. We chose to replace our roof and have a combination of copper and aluminum vent pipes installed along with the installation of copper gravel stops. The combination of copper and aluminum pipes gave us good protection at a reasonable cost. We signed a contract in early January, and Tony and his crew did the job when we had four sunny days in March. Given that we had to wait awhile before Tony could start the job because of the bad weather and his backlog, he promised to make temporary repairs at no cost if we had any leaks while we were waiting for him to start our job. Tony gave us a detailed list of the work to be done. The price was very reasonable, especially given the fact that he had to remove two layers of roofing material instead of just one layer, to get down to the bare wood.One major reason that we were happy that we selected Rescue Roofing was the fact that Tony stayed on our job site, and, with his crew, he actually did the work, not just supervised it from another job site. He and his team were always on time and he was always available to answer our questions.Tony and his team are professional, friendly, hard working and very efficient. They take pride in their work. “Central roofing is superb. The crew did a great job replacing my roof and gutters. The real highlight is communication, though. Any concerns or texts are responded to in a very timely manner. The hallmark of a business and person is how they deal with adversity. We had a more difficult inspection than expected; Fabian worked thru all these hoops and hurdles with us. Additionally, there was a slight leak through one of the exhaust pipes and this was addressed immediately by Central Roofing.

“Attic Express did a great job on a complete roof job, removal and replacement of shingled areas and a new layer on the larger flat portion of roof. They also replaced the rain gutters and all for a very reasonable price and quick response. When we noticed that there was some damage to paint and stucco where old gutter was removed, they returned in two days to fix it. The only downside was the cleanup of the area under the removal of the old shingle roof. If you have bushes or flowers in such an area, ask them to cover them with tarps to make for easier cleanup.I gladly recommend Attic Express for roof repair and replacement.“

They really showed high level craftsmanship in all their custom fitted copper installations, including large rounded roof and dormer sections, oversized flashings, along with gutters and downspouts of course. “This is my opinion only and although the service was great I would like to note about the estimate process. I was shown and not given a written estimate and some parts wasn't legible plus this paper estimate wasn't given to me till after the work was done. Most other companies will give you a online or paper estimate for you to keep and a final estimate with total price of what they did and labor. Need to write the estimate more legible or give customers estimates online. There was a miscommunication on last service where I wanted to replace my gutters all around Oscar said my gutters were still good and I told him there was some leaks at parts of the gutter. I thought I paid $300 to fix the leaks and remove my leaf filter since we don't have any trees around our property. Then I found out they removed the leaf filter and only flushed the gutter for the price. Now, for sealing the leaks and repairing a gutter that's too low from eave will be $580.
Make sure you and the person giving the estimate are clear what you want done for the price you are paying before accepting the work to be done.“
