They erected scaffolding around the house and proceeded methodically and competently in the tear off and re roof process while adding roof venting. Emile called an employee in and together they came out immediately despite it being Friday late afternoon. Looked everything up and down. Could have charged me an arm and leg. “Sam Park recently did my roof. He came as he told me he would however, I didn't get a chance to confirm with him about them coming the night before but they came bright and early on the day scheduled. They worked really fast, so I didn't get a chance to cover up the work area where my skylites are. For those of you who have a skylite, please cover up the opening the day before they come because a lot of stuff fell down into my house, even though Sam has asked me to cover up when he first started but I wasn't home to do so, therefore there was a mess I had to clean up. It was a cold windy morning in February. Despite the window and the coming storm, they worked through my roof without stopping. What was supposed to be a two day project turned into 1. He replaced dry rot wood and also put in an incline to the part of my roof that had puddles.Sam took care of all the paper work, I didn't need to worry about any of the city permits.Sam is busy, I remember texting him for a quote, he didn't respond until much later but I'm glad I shopped around because his price was very reasonable compared to others. I recommend him. After he did my roof, my house stopped leaking water. I'm glad he got his staff to push through doing the roof that day because rain came the next month and after every rain, I promised myself that I would write him a review because my house is no longer leaking water. I called affordable roofing and Luis came out within a day to give me a quote. 24 hours later, quote was in hand and they were extremely quick when replying to questions I had about the documentation. We coordinated a day to install the roof, and they showed up right on time. They tarped and covered all exposed areas to prevent damage from falling debris (deck and front steps). During the install Luis asked if I was comfortable getting on the roof (I was) and he pointed out all the boards that he thought should be replaced with an explanation.
