Louis and his CFY team were amazing to work with! I have shopped around, and the company was very reasonable, but not just that; they did a fantastic job on our roof. I was very impressed with the exceptional service they provided throughout the reroofing project. We had regular communication with Louis and his team; they kept me informed at every stage of what was happening on the roof and sent daily picture progress updates. They basically gutted and rebuilt the entire roof for us, replacing every little part (vents/flashings) on top and ensuring that all skylights were properly waterproofed and sloped. Luis and his team are responsive and respectful. This was the second time we worked with CFY. We found CFY's prices the most reasonable compared to competitors. They delivered high quality work for our main project and revisited their previous work that needed touching up -- even after miscommunication between their front office and on site workers around estimates and agreed upon scope of work. After many conversations with Luis, we ended up in agreement. His team consistently communicates their timing and progress and they cleaned up in a timely manner.
