About a month ago we had a wind storm come through and it caused several tiles to come loose from our roof. The roof was still under warranty so I called Shaughnessy Roofing to have them look at it. Anthony called me and came right out and repaired the loose tiles. Very happy with the work he accomplished. He also explained everything and was very nice and professional!

Had a rain storm come in and our new skylights that were installed by a contractor started to leak inside of our house and we called Shaughnessy roofing to see if they would be able to come out as soon as possible. They went in above and beyond and sent somebody out that day to come assess the damage to see if it was an immediate need or they could come back the next day when it stopped raining. While they were inspecting the skylights they saw the contractor put screws from the inside to the outside through the roofing material in about 20 other places and said it was something they could address at the same time. We had a some communication issues at the beginning. But I was finally able to get Carey to come out for an estimate to do a fascia, gutter and flashing repair. He gave me a fair estimate and did a fair assessment, saving the perfectly fine gutter where other companies wanted to completely replace it. His team came in and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. Would have been a five star if it weren't for the issues getting them to call me back. Other than that dealing with them was smooth.
