We didn't have to pay for a new drain pump. So I cancelled the service technician from Samsung. It's been months since this happened and our washing machine still works fine. “I had an old heater replaced in my residence that was a Coleman vintage, at least 50 years old, that was settling off my Carbon Monoxide alarm. Eagle Refrigeration had been chosen by the property manager to replace the heater. The heater installers (Franks and David) who work under owner Herman Escajadillo, were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and had quite pleasant demeanors. They were respectful of my property and finished the work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. I would recommend them highly if there is any work needed in the HVAC area. “My old counter depth fridge stopped cooling. Fridges can be tricky and they gave me clear options. Option 1 fast but might not hold and option 2 full leak check and repair. I chose the cheaper fast version. Fridge held for 2 weeks then failed. So we then moved to option 2 full repair. But at the first visit they told me they would credit 100% of option 1 to the full repair. This kind of repair pricing is rare these days. So they came back and did a full leak check (there were multiple leaks). I highly recommend them.“

“These folks are great. We are in Quarantine at home with a broken/leaking water heater. It's frustrating! you start calling for service and nobody answer the phone due this coronavirus. I asked my sister if she knows somebody. She used Bay Air HVAC for a few of her needs and gave me their phone. I called them and the voice mail came on and said that they are closed, but leave the message and somebody will call back. So I did. A few minutes later I received a call back and I stated that I was referred. They said that were helping only to customers, but, they will book and come today later 2-4 pm. THEY CAME ON TIME and gave me and estimate with a senior discount and replaced the water heater within 3 hours. They saved me, my wife and 2 grandkids. “i don't often review but john deserves one. i had an issue with 2 burners on my stove, enough that i couldn't youtube fix it myself. john came out, already had parts ordered, confirmed his diagnosis he had partially guessed from my call and fixed it quickly. he was personable, happy to explain his work to a curious home owner (me!) and very conscientious of the clock. super trust worthy. would recommend and use him again for any of my appliances. well worth the fair fee. felt like a transaction of the past, knowledgeable, friendly, fair and efficient. many thanks john“
