“I've worked with many contractors before, but Lior is hands down one of the best. I'm extremely detail-oriented and have minor OCD to the point where I am usually the one that is telling contractors how I want things done, but I quickly realized that Lior is the same way- in the best way possible. He is the type of person that remembers every single thing that has been discussed with him down to the smallest detail, and that is very rare for contractors. He has an incredible eye for design and gave me great suggestions on different options we could move forward with for our project. He demolished our backyard and completely transformed our backyard with new concrete, turf, lights, etc. and the entire project was finished in record time in about 3 weeks. “We were doing a partial bathroom renovation, replacing tile, painting, replacing the vanity, pretty straightforward. I had met with four other contractors at this point, and the estimates were VASTLY spread out, and many were vague or just a lump sum estimate without scope of work details. Then came Daniel and SafeSide. He listened to what we wanted, and even made suggestions that saved us money. His estimate was very well priced, and listed each element we spoke about in detail. We immediately felt comfortable with him and his crew. They worked very clean, protecting surfaces and keeping supplies organized by the end of each day. Daniel's guys showed up right when they promised, and he stayed on budget. He worked with us to complete the project within our timeline, too. “We enjoyed working with Pacific Outdoor Living and love our backyard remodel! We installed new pavers, artificial turf, a curb wall for fence installation, resurfaced our pool with mini pebble, retiled our pool, installed new automated pool equipment and added a waterfall feature. They were patient with us during the design process as we asked for estimates for things that we didn't end up doing because they were out of budget. They may be more expensive than hiring different subcontractors yourself to do each separate area but it was worth it to just deal with one person managing the job, the permits and use qualified subcontractors that they know do good work. We used a separate contractor for a new louvered pergola because we wanted a particular brand with screens but pacific outdoor worked with them to get the permit inspection and pavers done around it. We are very happy with how the backyard turned out.“
