After speaking with Danny via Yelp messenger and text I decided to call Danny to talk a little bit more about the project. Danny was very informative, understanding and offered great advice. We spoke about a few different options with the roof, what our problem was and some more details about longevity and previous work done. “I've worked with many contractors before, but Lior is hands down one of the best. I'm extremely detail-oriented and have minor OCD to the point where I am usually the one that is telling contractors how I want things done, but I quickly realized that Lior is the same way- in the best way possible. He is the type of person that remembers every single thing that has been discussed with him down to the smallest detail, and that is very rare for contractors. He has an incredible eye for design and gave me great suggestions on different options we could move forward with for our project. He demolished our backyard and completely transformed our backyard with new concrete, turf, lights, etc. and the entire project was finished in record time in about 3 weeks. I gave him an unrealistic finish date and he finished our backyard in time. His crew was always early or on time, cleaned up every day, and were so respectful and kind. They did things for us beyond our scope of work because they are just good people. Thank you Lior and Adept, we will be hiring you for all our future projects!!“

“We first hired Steve and crew to replace a fence on the side of our house, and get rid of a planter and pour concrete to increase the size of the driveway. One of Steve's employees/subcontractors named Dean did the work. He did an amazing job. Super detail oriented, and organized throughout the job. It pretty much came out perfect.Since we were so impressed with this job, we hired Steve again to do some concrete and stucco repair work on the house then paint the exterior. Our house had many cracks, so it was a decent sized job. There were some issues with the visibility of the crack repairs, so Steve came in and redid the stucco on large portions of the house at no cost to us. We were very impressed by this responsiveness. The house looks great now, and the price was also really good.We plan to hire Steve and co again for future projects.Services: General construction“

They did an amazing job laying a concrete foundation for my BBQ area. I also had them do all the electrical for my backyard renovation. They installed all the outlets and lighting fixtures and did a fantastic job. Their whole crew was super friendly and easy to work with. Lastly, after the job was completed, I realized that we had miscommunicated on one of the electrical outlets and it needed to be swapped out for a different box. Oscar graciously offered to come back and change it for me. The thoughtful customer service was so refreshing. I'm a customer for life!“

“We enjoyed working with Pacific Outdoor Living and love our backyard remodel! We installed new pavers, artificial turf, a curb wall for fence installation, resurfaced our pool with mini pebble, retiled our pool, installed new automated pool equipment and added a waterfall feature. They were patient with us during the design process as we asked for estimates for things that we didn't end up doing because they were out of budget. They may be more expensive than hiring different subcontractors yourself to do each separate area but it was worth it to just deal with one person managing the job, the permits and use qualified subcontractors that they know do good work. We used a separate contractor for a new louvered pergola because we wanted a particular brand with screens but pacific outdoor worked with them to get the permit inspection and pavers done around it. We are very happy with how the backyard turned out.“

We have worked with many, many contractors and it truly is so refreshing when you finally meet a team of people you can count on. Throughout the entire process, they were attentive to detail, conscientious, and communicative. For me, the project was a bit daunting and overwhelming at first. Fortunately, it turned out to be one of the easier projects since they took care of everything!The team transformed our backyard dump into a magical oasis for my family. I had 2 major requests before we started reno: to make every bit of space usable (I am always looking for efficiency) and kid-friendly. They exceeded our expectations and we enjoy our outdoor getaway everyday. They excavated our yard and placed drains, gas and electrical lines, fire pit, 2 separate kitchen areas with grill, fridge and sink, pavers, artificial grass, huge patio cover, metal gates and fencing, retaining wall, landscape, lights, irrigation.
