“I recently worked with Encore Builders on a front yard project, and I must say they delivered. Oz and Brandon were there every step of they way .My front yard is on a hillside and the driveway is kind of steep. The surrounding grass was looking sad and we wanted something a little more convenient and comfortable. I knew I wanted steps but I had no idea how it would look and fit the space. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Encore Builders was their use of a 3D designer to bring our vision to life. I am a little old fashioned and quite a stranger to all these technological advances but Oz suggested we work with a 3D designer to create draw up some imaging. They sent over their lovely designer who instantly pulled out her laptop and showed us some similar projects. I already liked what I was seeing. She recommended artificial grass and diagonal steps. The 3D imaging looked great and by then I was pretty set on getting the project rolling. I selected the grass type with Oz and asked them to start as soon as possible. Within a few days we were able to get the ball rolling and the job really only took a few days. The price was definitely lower than we expected and the results look even better than the design.The process of working with the 3D designer was great. Brandon and Oz were also great. Truly everyone on this team is great. I’m really happy with the color and liveliness of the grass. It makes the space look bigger and cleaner. The steps are much more convenient than the little hill driveway and the whole fam is pretty impressed. Encore Builders took the time to understand our preferences - nothing was rushed. The option for 3D design allowed us to envision the work without having to commit. It helped relieve the pressure a little bit since Im not used to these types of renovations.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Encore Builders highly enough for any landscaping work. I also recommend the use of 3D design to anyone who doesn’t want to jump right in to a project. Dont let other companies pressure you. Although this is an additional step in the process it is a great tool and gives you an idea of a final result.“

“We were doing a partial bathroom renovation, replacing tile, painting, replacing the vanity, pretty straightforward. I had met with four other contractors at this point, and the estimates were VASTLY spread out, and many were vague or just a lump sum estimate without scope of work details. Then came Daniel and SafeSide. He listened to what we wanted, and even made suggestions that saved us money. His estimate was very well priced, and listed each element we spoke about in detail. “Very responsive company and good communication throughout the whole process, with updates on arrival time. We had a large tree fall over in a storm at our rental house. It landed on one corner of our patio cover so I was anxious to get the weight off of it. Melecio Hernandez was able to come out right away on a Saturday (even though we still were have on and off again rain throughout the day). He cut down and removed the tree the same day-- very fair pricing. Would definitely use LunaBella again.“

I came here during the pandemic and bought used planter boxes for 20.00 came back to buy new planter boxes. The owner is a very nice gentleman wide variety of plants available for sale. However he does sell to large companies. He does not mind the locals and what business we bring. I bought a truck load of soil he just filled in the back of my ford.“

“We hired 800 Remodeling after meeting with Elad who was a pleasure to deal with. They replaced our 25+ year old roof. The team went above and beyond what we thought we needed and replaced quite a bit of damaged wood before installing the white shingles we chose. We asked them to wait until we completed painting the house and trim before they came back and installed the new seamless rain gutters. We are so happy with the results and have even experienced a reduction of energy used due to the energy efficiency of the white roof. I would highly recommend this company with any home project. “Our home was in desperate need of landscaping after a major renovation. The grass had not been watered for over a year and the only signs of life were some jurassic looking weeds. Both our front and backyard were atrocious. After having dinner in West Adams, we noticed a landscaping office next door. We wanted to work with a local business that also worked with local nurseries and decided to get a quote with Green Grounds. They put me in touch with Guillermo, who I think is the boss. He came by and gave us a reasonable quote for the front yard and fencing around the back. I'd say it's definitely not the cheapest quote but i found it reasonable for the amount of work we were going to do.We weren't ready yet for the backyard but wanted to at least get the front done. We ended up getting a quote for:- dry scape front yard- fencing removal and replacement- plants- gravel- lighting- watering drip system- iron reinforced pavers for drivewayIt was a lot of work and on the hottest day of the year, their crew showed up with about 8 people to get work done quickly. We were shocked at just how quick things were! In addition, Guillermo did a great job communicating with us, suggesting certain plants and designs, etc. We met him at a local nursery to walk through and pick out plants. He is a walking plant encyclopedia. Show him a plant, he knows exactly what it is! He brought us samples of gravel and were able to choose right away what we wanted for our yard.In a short 5 days, our front yard was brand new and our jenky fence was a secure wooden fence with swinging gate to the backyard access. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the short amount of time it took them was extremely impressive. We really wanted them to return to do our backyard. Again, we got a quote - this time it was going to be more extensive- leveling the backyard- french drain to divert water away from structures- demo and removal of existing weeds and uglies- plants, trees, privacy hedges, gravel- artificial turf- pavers (with artificial turf in between pavers)- Watering drip system- lighting- decking update to accommodate for land removal- fencing update to accommodate for land removal- laying down brick in a small areaThis was definitely a lot of work. I initially wanted to see if we could get LA County to give us some rebate money but we did not qualify. this delayed us signing up and submitting our deposit for about a month. However, after finally committing to the project and submitting our $1K deposit, unfortunately by that time Green Grounds had a bunch of other projects. They weren't able to get to ours until 2 months later. it was a long wait but ultimately, it was absolutely worth it! Again, the crew came out - this time on the coldest day! 8-10 people for demo, excavation, pavers, plants, etc. It was a massive project and they completed it in 6 days! I am so happy with the result. I am also extremely impressed with Green Grounds - their work quality, ethic, and professionalism. At the end of it, they even cleaned up my front yard and made it look brand new again! Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a some professional landscaping.“
